How much does a plumber call-out cost?

The call-out and estimate are free when you order the repair. If you decline the work after inspection, you only pay for the call-out and the plumber’s diagnostics (we tell you the amount in advance). Service prices start from UAH 300–500, emergency repair from UAH 500, with no hidden fees.

What if I cancel the request or only want a consultation?

If you only need a consultation or an on-site estimate without ordering the repair, the visit is paid — from 300 UAH (we tell you the amount before setting out). If you cancel after the plumber has already set out to your address, we charge 300 UAH for the unjustified call-out; if materials were bought, their cost too. These rules are described in the Terms, which you accept by sending the form.

How quickly do you arrive?

Usually 30–60 minutes depending on the district and time. For emergencies we work on priority, around the clock.

Do you work at night and on weekends?

Yes, we’re available 24/7, including holidays. Emergency call-out any time.
